Once, I travelled land and sea, A warrior strong, feared was my steel. My name was known throughout the pits of hell But my glory was taken, in anguish I fell I fell to the blade of a knight His armor as black as the night Barely alive was my fate Never to rise again He haunts me still I can still feel his breath, Breathing down in my neck He left his mark on my flesh My honor was torn, My glory forever forlorn The battle was over, my wounds were great I lay there for days, but death never came He granted me life, a fate worse than death, A life full of shame, fear and regret I would give you my all, To see the black knight fall Stripped of his glory and fame Never to rise again It haunts me still I can still feel his breath, Breathing down in my neck He left his mark on my flesh My honor was torn, My glory forever forlorn

The last drops of our pagan blood flowing through the gates of time vultures circling, hounds at the door no prayer left for the divine Endtime dawning on our world spirits fleeting in the storm darkness imprisoning our mortal earth what once had been now lies torn The grasp around the ancient sword loosening grip once more lives lost to the ancient horde we’ve reached the blackened shore Never to see my homestead again nor visit the lakes of my youth my hopeful dreams lie ripped and torn dying where once I proud stood Beasts of burden weighing me down when will my torment end the loss of life yet to be mourned from this madness I can not ascend Embers burning in my eyes stillborn my heart feels this night counting seconds 'till the moment I die no longer able to put up a fight No prayer left for the divine vultures, circling, hounds at the door flowing trough the gates of time the last drops of our pagan blood...

Far beyond the mountains lies a city, carved in stone. It's walls hold a vengeful people, banished long ago. But time can not heal every wound, this grudge won't fade away. Hatred for the western lands, (their blood we demand). Centuries of desolation, within these savage lands. We'll bring their desecration (they will suffer by our hands)) . The time of revenge draws near. We are banished (no more). Sharpen thy axes, ready your swords, march for glory, (prepare for war!!! The time has come to leave our city behind, where we were shackled for so long. Where we bottled up our rage and fury. Upon the heathens we will set them free. Exile to the savage lands, can tear one's soul apart. Live and you'll become a man, now go forth and take revenge. The time of revenge draws near. We are banished (no more). Sharpen thy axes, ready your swords, march for glory, (prepare for war)!!! Bonded by our oaths of blood, by our paints of war. Let the war drums take control, (The western lands must fall). The crimson skies will interlude, the havoc yet to come. The hordes are crazed with boodlust, anxiously, we'll march at dawn. Fire burning in our eyes, for we will rise again. As the dust fades away, Revealed are those, all lead astray Slaughtered in a battle For some monarchs pride. All these men, they were all blind. For war they left their homes behind. A warriors kin thought him strong and brave, But they knew he would end up dead in a shallow grave Kings, they wage these senseless wars, But commoners, they wear the scars. Steep is the price of victory, But the kings are not the one to pay this fee. What are the spoils of the soldiers greed. A shade, the faintest of memories. Forgotten by their loved ones, Lost in the sands of time. The children grew up without a father as guide, And in time they raised a kin in kind. But the call to arms sounds again, Now it’s their turn to die in vain. Kings, they wage these senseless wars, But commoners, they wear the scars. Steep is the price of victory, But the kings are not the one to pay this fee.
