As daylight fades away, sad flags turn into grey Silent are the streets between the ruins of what once was my home My true home, which I have lost, through the guilt of others Other whom we trusted They spoke of freedom, they spoke of equal rights We followed happy and blind, they promised to lead us But all they did was feed us Feeding us with lies Lies which we recognized, much too late The government has failed us Democracy betrayed us The army ghettoized us But we are the people and we won't be suppressed! Its time for a rebellion It's time for us, to stand up and fight Fight for our rights For our rights! As the sun starts climbing high, no birds flying in the sky All the streets are painted red, our enemies lay down dead No mercy for those, who wanted to abuse our trust Now it's time for the final assault We storm the gates, no one can stop our rage They have to pay, for all they have done No one will survive, this final homicide Nothing stops a united crowd! Finally we stand victorious, on a hill of crushed skulls A fresh wind carries away the traces of the past regime Now we can be free! I know it's a utopian dream, but maybe one day we all live in peace
