In the east where the sun would rise I know a country in disguise Can’t speak your word, can’t breathe without fear For every minute death is near For 20 years they’ve been fighting so hard Fighting for justice, to live by their hearts When the army of darkness came To bring them hatred’s burning flame Clouds of hate blacken the sky Here’s no sun to watch them die Death and terror for the free In the land that could not be Forbidden soil that must not exist A million hands turning into fists Forever they’ll fight for their honour and land A million graves in the sand What will you do if they carry on They will come to you next after this land is gone A hungry monster with greed for guilt Until the last drop of blood is spilt Tell me how much longer will it take Until they can see the light Still the world watches on How much longer will they have to fight

He is following the path over mountains His fellow’s with him and they’re following the sun Their aim is not to walk just that straight on Enjoying that time and everything around Ordinary life – it seems to him Like tunnel vision Is it so hard to live right now The two were about to find the answer In slow motion and in silence There is nothing to lose He said: fellow shouldn’t we hurry To get no sense of passing by the days Whatever may come we don’t know if there’s one Life after this one on earth May someone have been and really have seen It’s hard to believe in a world in “the beyond” What I have seen is nothing else but my life And I have been only on this one side I know there’s no chance to live again There is no chance to turn back time He’s looking at the clouds up in the sky Animating fantasies while they are passing by Some animals laugh and some seem scary The clouds on these photos he is watching now Have the shape of the face of a wolf Watching the photos it’s so hard lo believe But this is pure reality These photos are the last of his friend He had followed this beautiful sunset And got where he couldn’t get back Whatever may come we don’t know if there’s one Life after this one on earth May someone have been and really have seen It’s hard to believe in a world in “the beyond” What he has seen is nothing else but his life And he has been only on this one side He knows there’s no chance to live again There is no chance to turn back time

Figures of darkness, eternal night Ruling this land, no sanctuary to find Raping and killing, a murderous game Legions of evil that no man can tame This land knows no freedom, this land knows no peace Just hunger and poverty, crime and disease Praying for a saviour, they got no more power As they kneel crying before the dark tower Hooves sound like thunder, call for salvation A voice of steel rings out for liberation Over the mountains and down to the sea The warrior princess rides Fighting for glory, her heartland to free Eyes of light, steel at her side Amazone queen, no trace of fear Face the evil, fight till death and freedom will be here Amazone queen, before thee we kneel Praise the bravest warrior ever seen She gathers her warriors, she stands tall with pride Draws now her sword, it is shimmering with light Raises it high up into the air Her pounding battlecry’s heard everywhere The battle is raging, the stars they turn black They who once were slaves now lead the attack Breaking their chains and their tyrant’s dethroned The mighty dark tower crumbling stone by stone The warrior princess led us out of misery The land is freed, gone are the days of slavery Amazone warrior, princess we hail thee Enthroned in triumph, crowned to be our queen

The snow is falling, covering the land A world in white that makes my heart freeze There'll be no thaw today, there hasn't been for years I wonder if the cold will ever cease There's no one in the streets, no smiling face The ice has conquered all the hearts As long as I remember there's never been no green The season has been winter from the start Eternal darkness that nothing can destroy In this cruel winterland There's no love here, no freedom and no joy In this evil winterland I've heard a legend that there could be a sun Though I have never felt her shine on my head A world of endless snowfall, this place is hell Men with zombie brains - the living dead I can't bear this agony any more But I'm tied to this land of ice My chains are icy steel, the frost is in my blood And I can feel my strength's demise I can't take it any longer Gathering all that's left inside me And I take my fate in my own hands Tonight I'm gonna break my chains I bid farewell to all of this Tonight I will escape from winterland
