The Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually The earth was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence I will destroy man The part that may not be so familiar is the second part, internal examination which is an extensive post-mortem surgical procedure where we look inside the body There are 2 major incisions, onе is called Y incision, it goes from the front top parts of thе shoulder to the breast bone, that's the V part and then the Y extension is down past the umbilicus or belly button down to the pubic bone.
