The uncanny churning in my stomach grows, as the storm beats upon me. My skin is saturated and I feel my flesh rot beneath my steps. Though I don't know where to go, I know I must continue down this route. I'm drawn to the glowing in the distance. One lonely light is flickering from a single source of luminance. I follow the fire. An encampment awaits me. There's a lonesome shelter and a man in dark robes is seated by the flame. As I approach he stands to face me... "This was coming for some time now." The man utters quietly, "You are the only one who can defeat tyranny." "What do I have to do with this ordeal? Why must I be the one to slay the god?" "You are born of divine energy containing concealed power, locked away." he reveals. "How can I believe in what you say when I don't even know where I am? I must return home." "The evil ones have overflowed into your utopia only you are kept safe in your dream state. You are the survivor of the apocalypse." I have a realization of what he speaks, if what he says is true then I must continue. From the slumber I wake to a village aflame. The man's prophecy came to be. "This was coming for some time now," the man's voice echoes in my brain. As I stare into the pile of the scorched inhabitants. What do I have to do with this ordeal? Why must I be the one to slay the god? Evil flame burning me, only fire I can see, so I sit upon the ground seeming like eternity. Lying before me in the charred pile in front of which I stand a familiar face. The face of my one and only love is staring back at me lifeless. Anger grows in me. I am left with no other choice, now I know this is my destiny.

Hours pass like seconds as i stare into the heap of roasted flesh and blank stares Expressions of agony embedded on their faces The woman that i love is leering back at me, open eyes hypnotize She bleeds profusely through her cracked skin Her corpse begins to levitate, as all other bodies disintegrate From above she drips blood, Collecting in puddles on the ground and hardening in piles of human ash, forming an altar Open eyes paralyze me in fear as she stares through my soul Gusting winds blow away away the ashes that remain, creating a cryptic Mandala I enter the ring of clotted blood, crossing the threshold With both feet in the circle, a light beams into the air and an incredible energy begins covering my body, endless growing patterns that glow with power Bioluminescent Photophores, siphoning energy from the cosmos, I gain an infinite knowledge Lightning bolts arc from my fingertips and are conducted to her floating corpse A final mist of guts is sprayed, she implodes into a beam of light (Solo: Cameron Porras) The light opens a portal Rabbit hole is open leading down into the reaches of hell Step by step i creep down the staircase forming With every step i take another one appears, continuing for miles until i reach the gate of iron Burdened by hesitation, though i have accumulated this inhuman strength, i am still wary of where i am I open the door and step into the energy chamber (Solo: Cameron Porras) (Solo: Joel Guernsey) I cross through the magic passageway and appear submerged in murky water Frantically i swim toward the moons illumination and upon breaking the surface i discover millions of dead bodies spanning hundreds of miles Only one path is visible to me It leads through the forest and to the gates (Solo: Cameron Porras) Darkness paralyzes me in fear, though i summon strength to continue There will be no returning The tyrant dwells, waiting for me

The stars align shining light upon the path Through the infinite living forest And as a myriad of overlapping whispers cloud my Head The foliage wilts bowing to their ruler Tree's guide me along the passage Until i reach a stone wall that scrapes the sky Light beams energy upon the obelisk Pulsating images reveal hieroglyphs In a language unknown to me Though i am able to read the scripture I see the coded word as a picture I halt my physical sense and i see through the Window Fusing energy growing from the planet with Cosmic creation Fire surrounds me as i read from the epitaph As i bellow out the prayer a shockwave tears Apart the wall Fire burns away the evil ones Cleansing this broken dimension And as the dust clears away Taking with it swarms of the lost spirits The realm is born again Recreating this universe through my conscience In the form of that which has been taken away I recreate through my power Form is given to organisms Through my eyes a gift is given A chance at life once again

The sky speaks to me in the night guiding with unending constellations For centuries i traverse this planet that i have created for myself, still searching for the face of the ever growing evil deep inside of me In my mind a demon is laughing at the futility of my intentions, and curses my mortality, a pain I've never felt A pain spawned from resentment of evil I've yet to witness Only as the night comes does it taunt my sleep Centuries have passed since my encounter with the wise one The distant event is unreal among the nightly terrors I've faced since The frigid air or the blizzard is spraying ice shards cutting deep i have no will to continue as i collapse, falling from the thin walkway that held me from tumbling down the mountain side that i had spent weeks climbing, but i was unable to conquer The jaws of the mountain open for me Cracks of earth devour without mercy I welcome the gift I welcome death I awaken face down in the snow As i stumble to my feet i am struggling to breathe, my arms are crippled beyond repair The walls of the cavern are towering over me Surrounded on all sides with ice, i am enclosed I examine my reflection and study the countless wounds I pound my fist in anger against the catacomb wall, The mirror cracks The ice now reflects myself showing me images of the future A crystal mosaic shining light upon my soul (Solo: Cameron Porras) Through the light i am whole, moving remotely without effort I sit upright aligning cosmic energy with the earth The tree of life grows from my mind My flesh becomes the bark It is within this shell i will spend eternity
