Tightening it's grip on me My moral compass spinning Draining my live empty Give me something to believe in Wounded up , I'm way too thight Fear tearing, wearing me thin And knowing it ain't right Give me something to believe in Wanna move on, gotta face the music There's only one way out Tired of stumbling Searching endlessly And giving in to more than doubt Let them take, all that they can Each one of them, I will not bend I ain't broke, they can't break me As I am, not one of them These so called friends, they're a joke Headstrong your apathy Neurotic and quite nervous Obtuse propensity Still convinced it serves your purpose Lacking the sense to care Degrading and puberscent Discretion worse for wear Is this something to believe in Wanna move on, gotta face the music There's only one way out Tired of stumbling Searching endlessly And giving in to more than doubt Let them take, all that they can Each one of them, I will not bend I ain't broke, they can't break me As I am, not one of them These so called friends, they're a joke Know I have to walk Have to walk away Never seemed to fit most of the time I'll be better off Better off this way And taking back what's mine Wanna move on, gotta face the music There's only one way out Tired of stumbling Searching endlessly And giving in to more than doubt Let them take, all that they can Each one of them, I will not bend I ain't broke, they can't break me As I am, not one of them These so called friends, they're a joke

I know that look hidden in your eyes I've seen more than I dare to count tonight And I don't wanna fight It's like a storm heading straight for me The thunder rain and the lighting unleashed It's getting hard to breath And at the break of dawn We'll search through the remains of broken hearts Are we losing everything, cause underneath the veil We're two pages in a hopeless fairy tale unraveling I wanna speak but I hate the words I wanna cry but my tears come out as fire How do we break this curse When did our world start caving in We're crashing down in a violent spin and love is evaporating And at the break of dawn We'll search through the remains of broken hearts Are we losing everything, cause underneath the veil We're two pages in a hopeless fairy tale unraveling We're like a ship sinking in slow motion How do we fix what can't be unbroken Don't really know but I'm slowly losing my faith, my faith And at the break of dawn We'll search through the remains of broken hearts Are we losing everything, cause underneath the veil We're two pages in a hopeless fairy tale unraveling

New day, but the same routine Is our engine almost running out of steam? But we pretend that we don't see the ugly truth Crazy that we drag this on When it's crystal clear that the fire's gone There's nothing left but heavy scars for us to wear But here we are, lost in the dark Drifting apart So tell me why, why are we wasting our time Are we that scared of goodbye That we'd rather be living a lie? Tell me why can't we move on with our lives If there was ever a chance Guess it disappeared Slipped through our hands It's come and gone ain't coming back Don't hold your breath Now we're just a masquerade Stuck in a make believe, 'cause we're too afraid We're running from reality to a dead end So here we are lost in the dark Drifting apart So tell me why, why are we wasting our time Are we that scared of goodbye That we'd rather be living a lie? Tell me why can't we move on with our lives How can we demagnetize Pull apart and break the lies for good Feels like it's impossible To walk away when I know that I should So tell me why, why are we wasting our time Are we that scared of goodbye That we'd rather be living a lie? Tell me why can't we move on with our lives So tell me why, why are we wasting our time Are we that scared of goodbye That we'd rather be living a lie? Tell me why can't we move on with our lives
