Shipwrecked
The winds are blowing cold we're standing side by side Eye to eye with the oppressors My blood is running cold there's tension in the air I wonder will I live or will I die Breaking the silence with the order to attack Our archers raise their longbows straight into the sky A swarm of arrows' going down like lethal rain Piercing their flesh - there's no escape Now that the first blood's spilled the fight begins to rage Our riders hit the battleground The sound of pounding hooves afflicting them with fear Their end is drawing near Riding - with swords held up high - we are riding To die or prevail! Fighting - with furious rage - we are fighting To die or prevail! Screaming our warcries as we charge the enemy Tearing their flesh with our steel The battlefield is tainted with futs und blood Merciless slaughter - hatred unleashed - kill or be killed! We're fighting bravely with bloodlust in our eyes And so the wargods choose our side Our swords and axes are covered with their blood They're overpowerd by our might Riding - with swords held up high - we are riding To die or prevail!

The enemy's inferior - we brought them to their knees Blood tainted ground proclaims their fall Taking no prisoners - remorseless they are slain At last they get what they deserve They've riding free across the land - at last we reached salvation We are released from this disease From fields of bloodshed in triumph we return We rais the flag of victory They've pillaged and they've raped They've killed and plundered Now they pay - tables have turned We finally break the chains The final battle's still undone unless we tear apart the roots of menace Beyond our realm they will regain their strenght to fight back So we will have to go to war - we'll have to go to war or seal their end They never shall retaliate - they never shall strike back! Oh father now I'm on my way - my oath will be fulfilled Give me strength to carry on! We're marching on to storm their walls to bring it to an end So it is said and so it will be done They've pillaged and they've raped They've killed and plundered Now they pay - tables have turned We finally break the chains

As darkness fade sunlight reveals their castle walls We hail to our gods of war Look out! Storming their fortress - no mercy in our eyes The battle rages - we'll strike We marching to storm their walls! Destruction and death we bring! The sky is crimson now in streams of blood they drown With rage we storm their castle walls Their walls are burning as we fight our way inside Lowering their drawbridge to invade Charge! The tyrant's castle's fallen - It's in our hands (in our hands) The walls that should protect him have become his darken grave The gallow's pole is waiting as the troops are swarming out Disillusionment strike as we become aware thet he's Gone! Fled! Hatred! Is rising! Though he escaped he will pay for his deeds Wherever he may hide he won't escape his fate We're lost in desperation as a seer appears (a seer appears) Through eagles' eyes he's able to see beyond our reach The eagles soar into the sky and soon they will reveal The tyrant boards his pirat fleet to hit the open sea Coward! Sails on fire - warcries at sea The stench of powder takes our breath away Sails on fire - splinters all arround Their wet grave's waiting as they're sinking to the ground Our mighty fleet of vengeance is pounding the open sea The sea is calm on waves are rising we'll be forever free The winds are getting stronger as if to lead our way We sail to pull them under we cannot pass astray And then the lookout spots some sails on the horizon We're coming closer very fast If it's the pirat fleet that's roaming the sea This day would be the tyrant's last And as we're drawing nearer through the stormy sea We recognize the tyrant's banner he turns away to flee And if they beg for mercy we wouldn't ever mind Retaliation, vindication - the horror they will find Our ships are engaging and the pirates hear our cannons fire Some broadsides hit their deck To kill the tyrant is our only desire Now there's no turning back The ships they crash together The warriors are starting to fight The pirates are outnumbered Relentlessly we fight Though if we sent the pirates To the ground of the sea And kill all the survivors We know we're still not free

Our ship is wrecked and gone – I´m drifting in the roaring sea Tremendous coldness is surrounding me I hear the cries of dying men who´re drowning in the floods Sounding like sirens of hell I feel my death is near Despair and helplessness I do not want to die I musn´t die until my mission is fulfilled My mind is strong – my body feels so weak I´m gonna fight as long as there is life in me Never surrender! Gods, please don´t leave me now! Tired and weary – I can feel my senses fade away The kiss of death would mean release from this pain My last hope clings to that piece of flotsam in my hands I await the sunrise to light up my way I feel my death is near Despair and helplessness I do not want to die I musn´t die until my mission is fulfilled My mind is strong – my body feels so weak I´m gonna fight as long as there is life in me Never surrender! Covered with blood, victorious I´m standing here What´s left of him lies to my feet The pounding rain shall wash away not just the blood but also The terrifying memories I raise my sword to hail you.... FATHER!
