I found it hard to believe Got all caught up being freed Everything that I had You wrenched it out of my hands [Chorus:] Yeah, you got me wrong You never even tried To change your way of thinking Now you better decide Whose side are you on? When the tension breaks And lying's as natural as breathing I'm going to invite you right down To rise to the occasion Why don't you say what you mean? Why don't you show what you feel Tainted by your own self doubt Say you hate to leave, well let me help you out [Chorus]

Gonna break out of the city Leave the people here behind Searching for adventure It's the type of life to find Tired of doing day jobs With no thanks for what I do I'm sure I must be someone Now I'm gonna find out who Why don't you ask them what they expect from you? Why don't you tell them what you are gonna do? You'll get so lonely, maybe it's better that way It ain't you only, you got something to say Do anything you wanna do Do anything you wanna do Don't need no politicians to tell me things I shouldn't be Neither no opticians to tell me what I oughta see No one tells you nothing even when you know they know But they tell you what you should do They don't like to see you grow Why don't you ask them what they expect from you? Why don't you tell them what you are gonna do? You'll get so lonely, maybe it's better that way It ain't you only, you got something to say Do anything you wanna do Do anything you wanna do Gonna break out of the city Leave the people here behind Searching for adventure It's the type of life to find Tired of doing day jobs With no thanks for what I do I'm sure I must be someone Now I'm gonna find out who Why don't you ask them what they expect from you? Why don't you tell them what you're gonna do? You'll get so lonely, maybe it's better that way It'ain't you only, you got something to say Do anything you wanna do Do anything you wanna do

Smoke and fire are burning bright, we'll set the tinderbox alight. Rising from the ashes the phoenix lives, life and death the red flame gives. Give me fire, on which I feed, give me fire, 'cause it's a need. Real fine, I can tell, real fine really burns in hell. Take a breath the heat surmounts, your mind wanders, you have your doubts. Brain goes numb, in the heat, body glows, you cling to your seat. It's on my head if I burn, sit next to me and take your turn. Don't blame the flame by which I'm fuelled, one day by fire we'll all be ruled.
